Stage 1: Needs Assessment
Developing the right solution requires collaboration with your team to identify issues affecting your abrasive blasting operations.
- Clemco engineers apply a systems approach to understand how your sandblasting operations integrate upstream and downstream in your technological flow.
- We clarify your goals regarding cost savings, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and productivity enhancement.
- We are exploring options for overcoming difficulties — perhaps some of them you have never considered and which may turn out to be less costly.
The discovery phase can take place virtually and/or on-site. Clemco chooses the approach that best fits your team.
Stage 2: Solution Development
Project managers and engineers at Clemco analyze possible solutions and then work together with your engineers and/or team members to develop potential approaches. They continue to collaborate "engineer-to-engineer" until an optimal solution is found.
- Your team and Clemco are investigating whether the new discoveries have changed the scope of your project.
- We collaboratively identify the best concepts for further evaluation, which may include jet processing of sample parts for data collection in Clemco's own research laboratory for sample processing.
- After analyzing all the data, the engineering team at Clemco will recommend a solution that best meets your criteria, as well as clarify the timelines and costs.
- Clemco continues to refine, with your involvement, the best possible solution until all parties approve the final design.
Stage 3: System Creation
Clemco leverages its internal expertise in manufacturing, welding, assembly, automation integration, and production to create your engineering solution.
- Clemco engineers integrate electronic control and diagnostic systems, automation options, and/or robotic technologies that you have chosen for your engineering solution.
- As a Silver OEM partner of Rockwell Automation, KUKA automation supplier, and authorized system integrator of Fanuc Robotics, Clemco professionally integrates any requested automation and/or robotics.
- We carefully test and refine your solution for jet processing at our own manufacturing and engineering facility.
